Ariane Tours is a Destination Management Company (DMC) registered in Morocco, headquartered at Villa Num 2, Rue Copernicia, Secteur 19, Block A2, Hay Ryad, Rabat, Morocco. The company operates in full compliance with Moroccan legislation governing travel agencies and event management services.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all services provided by Ariane Tours, including DMC services, MICE event management, leisure travel, group travel, religious travel, hotel reservations, tourist excursions and any related services offered via arianetours.ma or through direct commercial agreements.
By confirming a booking or signing a service proposal, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms in full.
All service requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official contact form on arianetours.ma. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quotation or service agreement AND the required deposit payment as specified in the corresponding proposal.
All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or Euros (EUR) as specified in the proposal and are valid for the period indicated therein.

Cancellation fees:
Ariane Tours commits to delivering all confirmed services with professionalism and care, providing a single dedicated point of contact for each project, and working exclusively with reliable, vetted service providers and partners.
The client commits to providing accurate information, respecting payment deadlines, ensuring all participants comply with applicable laws and entry requirements, and notifying Ariane Tours of any changes as early as possible.
Ariane Tours cannot be held liable for events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), or for any damage resulting from the client's failure to follow safety guidelines. In all cases, Ariane Tours' liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Ariane Tours strongly recommends that all clients and participants take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation and personal liability prior to travel.
All documents, proposals, programmes and creative content produced by Ariane Tours remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received.
Ariane Tours collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services. Client data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of the service delivery chain.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco.
These terms and conditions are deemed accepted in full upon confirmation of any booking, signature of any service proposal, or payment of any deposit to Ariane Tours. Ariane Tours reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
